Method, sources and limitations
Information is only as reliable as its source. Publicly researched information, provider statements, documents inspected and ImmoCheck analysis are described by their origin.
The analysis only includes published projects and their unit types or project offers. A unit type is not an individual available property. Demo projects are excluded. Duplicate records may exist. Prices are provider statements and asking prices, not completed transaction prices, valuations or binding offers. Technical update dates do not confirm current availability or construction progress. Market coverage is incomplete.
Data origin
Public information
Collected from project pages, provider websites and public property portals. Origin does not confirm accuracy.
Provider statement
Submitted or confirmed by the company, without blanket independent verification.
Document inspected
A specifically identified document has been inspected. This is not a comprehensive legal, technical or financial assessment.

Traceable summary of published data. Missing values are not replaced with invented data.

Provider profile
Information completed or confirmed by the company.
Transparency profile
Additional information and selected documents inspected. The specific document scope must be identifiable in the individual profile.
No profile level is a quality seal, recommendation or credit assessment. A profile label alone does not establish the existence of any particular document.
Data partner — planned cooperation model
Regular updates to prices, availability and project status are planned. This is currently not an assignable technical profile level and is not displayed as an existing classification.
Fees pay for data work and presentation, not better factual classification or ratings. There are no paid rankings, guaranteed positions, buyer or sales promises, or success-based sales commissions.
